Updates and Sundry

Although it has been a while since I have posted. I have thoughted about writing considerably. I have settled into my position as a Software Process Associate. Currently, I’m focusing on a mix of projects some smaller and some larger. The projects include:

• Implementing an acquired mobile inspection application across our multifamily portfolio
• Improving the process used to submit security deposit alternative (SDA) claims
• Researching new software and applications
• Improving the eviction and collection processes through in adoption of software and increase of automation.

I have enjoyed working at the intersection between project management and performance improvement. Coming from an onsite and affordable housing background, I had no idea that some of the housing technology such as SDAs even existed.
