Like an organization, an individual should have goals. So, I would like to use this blog to accomplish the following goals:

1. To use it as vehicle to improve my writing
2. As a vehicle for communicating with other like minded individuals
3. To add at least 2 or 3 quality posts per week

Contrary to good evaluation these goals will not be rigidly monitored with statistics or quarterly updates, but I will just try to keep-up on them and review them from time-to-time.
